我叫钱桂娟，在幼儿园一线工作5年，整天与孩子厮守在一起。我觉得孩子是天底下最诚实的人，和孩子在一起我感到很快乐。我在收获孩子真、善、美的同时，同样把真诚传递给所有的人。对孩子，我一直坚信：性格、习惯、品行的培养都是依靠平时生活的点滴积累起来的。因此，在平时的工作当中，我总是言行身行，以身作则，用自己的行动感染每一位孩子。当修理师傅，为我们修理门窗的时候，我会和孩子们一起大声的说出：“谢谢！”“再见！”因为，我想到一句话“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”。让孩子懂得：人与人之间要相互尊重，是平等的。真诚和感恩的心，是人世间最美好的东西。面对孩子之间的争执，我让孩子懂得谦让是一种美德。面对孩子的言行，我让他们知道，诚信是一种修养。

孔子早在古时就说过：民无信不立。可见，诚信二字早在古时就占有相当重要的地位。固然，诚信的缺失对于一个人而言更是一种人性之莫大悲哀。人要讲信义，说一是一，说二就是二，俗语说君子一言，驷马难追。程颐也曾说过人无忠信，不可立于世。对事情要负责与对人守信是统一的。对人守信落实到行动上，就是一种对事负责的态度。对事负责是对人守信的具体表现，只有对人守信的人，才能对事负责;只有做到对事负责，才使对人守信得以真正落实，而不是一句空话。拉罗什富科说过意志薄弱的人，一定不会诚实。出尔反尔的事多了，人与人之间的信任就少了，信任没了，诚实还有何用呢?于是，信少，诚少，诚信自然也就少了。
而关于诚信的话题，我开始觉得沉重，我觉得现在的我们的确生存在一个缺乏诚信的时代，这种现象的出现，在我看来是人们对物质的依赖，说简单一些，一个字——钱。莎士比亚说过失去了诚信，就等同于敌人毁灭了自己。人们似乎可以为了钱，为了生存，抛弃一切钱买不到的东西，比如诚信，比如友谊，比如灵魂，但是我认为这种背叛诚信的行为，也终究会因为抛弃诚信而反被社会抛弃。那三鹿奶粉血一样的教训，不禁让我至今还心有余悸。
